1. Acceptance of these terms
kinkly is a personals platform where adults post and answer meet-up ads. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms; if you don't agree, please don't use kinkly.
2. Eligibility and your account
kinkly is strictly for adults: you must be at least 18 years old, and by using the service you confirm that you are. Keep your credentials safe, provide accurate information, and tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Ads and conduct
Ads must be genuine personal ads, posted for yourself. You keep ownership of what you post but grant kinkly a licence to display it on the service. Strictly prohibited, with removal and account suspension: advertising commercial sexual services of any kind; any content involving minors (zero tolerance - reported to the authorities); impersonation, harassment, or publishing someone else's private information; and misleading or fraudulent ads.
4. Tokens and featured placements
Posting is free. Tokens are a prepaid credit with no cash value that can only be used on kinkly; they never expire and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. Spending 50 tokens features an ad for 7 days. Spent tokens are non-refundable once the promotion is live, except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Meetings between members
kinkly is a venue: conversations and meetings happen directly between members, and we are not a party to them. We do not run background checks. Follow our safety tips - meet in a public place first and keep messaging inside kinkly until you trust the other person.
6. Liability and changes
The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
