Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 July 2026

1. Data we collect

Account data (name, email, a hashed password - never the password itself), the ads and photos you publish, the messages you exchange, and basic technical logs needed to keep the service secure.

2. How we use it

To run kinkly: show your ads, deliver your messages, moderate content, prevent fraud and abuse, and answer your support requests. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

3. Sensitive information

A personal ad can reveal sensitive information about you, such as your relationship preferences. You decide what to include: publishing an ad is your explicit consent to display that content on kinkly. We never use it for any other purpose, and you can edit or delete it at any time.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: one keeps you signed in, one remembers your language, one records your cookie choice, and one remembers that you confirmed being over 18. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Who we share it with

Infrastructure providers that host the service (database, storage, and hosting) process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. We disclose data to authorities only when legally required.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account removes your ads, photos, and conversations. Under the GDPR you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact: privacy@kinkly.example.

7. Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed, and access is restricted. We keep your data only as long as your account exists or as the law requires.
